IT Intern Key Functions: • Keep in constant touch with vendors to resolve problems as quickly and efficiently as possible. • Providing technical support over the phone to all users. (Remote Desktop supporting 8 sites) assisting with logging of calls and resolving calls on Service desk, follow up on all support calls logged and attended to and obtain feedback from end users. • Ran regular checks, tests, and tracking procedures to prevent or identify problems. • Responsible for supporting: Windows 7/8/10 Windows Server 2008, 2012, and 2016 • Video conferencing, Teleconferencing setup and support. • Pastel evolution administration. • Troubleshooting network related problems, DNS/DHCP, TCP/IP. • Maintain, troubleshoot, administer, manage users and upgrade Microsoft Active directory.

Step towards my dream

Managing a diary of the Chief Audit Executive . Compile an audit report and submit minutes . Co-ordinate meetings and prepare S&T claims . There is an inter linkage and good relations with all departments . I have learned about organising , planning and monitoring and evaluation. Co-ordinating project
