Dynamic working environment - highly pressurised
A typical work day would be to ensure that the staff know what is expected of them. Whilst attending to that, Mrs Yang also has a list of duties for me, i.e.; appointments, inventory, school runs, etc. I also need to manage all the Commercial and Residential properties as to the maintenance issues, payments, etc. The biggest lesson I have learnt us time management at a different level and love it. Doing to jobs one in a Private capacity with the running of the family home and second managing their properties is a very demanding job. The most challenging part of my job is getting to everything before the sun goes down.

More productive and creative
can be able to give a business a success as I`m having a courage to work hard, able to communicate easily. I am a flexible person and I can be able to reach my targets. I like to learn new thing in life. I am a positive thinker, very energetic and able to work under pressure. I have courage to stand alone. I am a person that can talk, listen, respect and honest. I am punctual, approachable and having the ability learn. I am always helpful and able to work in a team. I like to grow and I am very supportive. I have got the ability to prioritize things well.
