Working hard
working from 7 to 5 and some overtime. i have a good relationship with all my co workers. my workshop have 20 poeple that works for me. i have learnt a lot in my 8 years working here. i do drawning, welding woodwork fibreglass pluming elect ens. i like to do all the new staff and the drawings. the most chellenging in my job is to keep everone happy. and get all the work out on time.

Cons: have long working hour. there is the time line for every thing to be done

Learned alot
I enjoy new challenges everyday in company. I am working well with staff. I enjoy dealing with creditors on daily basis. I attend to queries and make sure I find a solution for the query.
Pros: Great opportunity for learning more in finance department.
Cons: Not happy with monetary

It was graet to working at the company
Working there was great but but i need to make a move for a better future for my family me and the co workers got well no problems I felt like Family

Great learning curve, work with clients face to face, long hours, co-workers are great.
The company is a great company, you learn a lot, there are room for improvements, especially salary wise. Floor assistants and counter sales personal get the same salary structures, this also include drivers.
Pros: Learn a lot of the construction invironment

Excellent learning curve
Gave a lot of space to work in and experience a lot of different work loads Need to do a lot of other peoples work and there is not a lot of structures in place I enjoyed the people that I worked with
