Learning fast in a hard way

Samca tiles is one busiest manufacturing companies ever because from the first minute I entered sweat was all over me.There is a lot of pressure from my boss(department of selection manager) who wants nothing but smooth running of the line.My co-workers have treated me in a good way and I enjoy most of my time with them
