Excellent Learning Curve

I have a very good relationship with my co workers, and i have a learned a lot from this company in a short period of time. I have learned how to create and maintain a very good customer/client relationship. i enjoyed that i was able to move around and meet different people from different places with different views of business. I have learned time management as we always worked on tight schedule.

Pros: i dont see any opportunity for any promotions as this still a micro enterprise
Cons: long hours without being paid for overtime

I have 7+working exp in the SHED Department

In my current work I implement the SHEQ systems I am able to work under pressure as I am the only SHEQ person who should also help in tenders submission. I have a good reasoning skills and have a good relationship with my coleagues

Pros: I believe in myself and I am open for growth
Cons: When I am under pressure I add more hour in my work I even take work to home just to meet the deadlines
