Great oppertunity

I do quality and saftey improvements. Aswell as setting up work instructions for different areas. I havr learned so much in the last 3 months due to great support. Oppertunity to grow is very big with a massive learning curve. Day to day is easy flowing with good organized planning. New challenges every day but it also improves you as a person.

Good

Im junior manager I am controlling staying team as we have 561hactors planting different varieties of lemons and oranges, soft citrus, we do planning in how many hactors to be sprayed and they must keep record according to the CBS guideline, handling two teams night shift and morning shift. Working with day shift assisting in terms of planting replanting in any trees a dead, scouting team also, weed team, irrigation team also.

Pros: Great opportunity to shape my career, knowledge, skills
Cons: Working even at night
