Making sure that the programme functions effectively and giving them support that they need. • Attending to their needs and giving feedback to the organization about the programme. • Making sure that they submit monthly stats. • Making sure that in-house training are taking place and developing good relationship with the stakeholders • Canalization of reports • Writing monthly reports, six monthly report and business plan (ii) Community work • Networking with different stakeholders and being an active member of local drug action committee (LDAC) • Making presentation on drug awareness at various forums • Training different organization on substance abuse

Good for gaining experience

Working T sanca day care clinic for substance abuse treatment is personally challenging one needs to be proactive in their job hence we dealing with people who have a mental disorder due to substance abuse.I have managed to initiate income generating projects for those who have completed the treatment program based

Pros: A stepping stone to green pastures
