Learning how to deal with customers

Various types of personalities to learn from how to assist them in the customer service manner of their preferences as they say how they want their service to be, vulnerable customers to medical conditions how to handle the call and the outcome of the call is very important leaving the customer feeling happy and to know it's not personal it's a job and dealing with debt collections as well as customer service etiquette working for this company two years has taught me a lot and gave me the experience I need going forward

Good learning experience because every customer is different on every call

I enjoy working with people. With this job one of the biggest challenges is that we need to retain our customers and still deliver the best customer journey.

Ok for first time employment

You get to learn all there is to the industry. Because its a small company with few departments there is a lot of manual work and they give you a feel in everything.

Pros: You get to do everything regardless of what you were employed for therefore you learn
Cons: You need to learn fast noone will hold your hand

Great location but no benefits and no room for growth

The company is in a good location based on where I live. However the fact that there is little growth and the company offers no benefits puts people off from working for the company
