Ready for more challenging work and to implement my B.Com degree
A typical day at the office would be, assisting clients on the showroom floor, doing demonstrations and deliveries of new vehicles to their new owners. Contacting clients and managing clients(CRM) focusing on good CSI rating achieved through assisting clients in a timely and prossional manner. Constantly learning and trading co-workers on product knowledge. I have a friendly, trustworthy relationship with my co-workers where I am very relied apon to achieve our monthly target I have learnt how crucial team work is and how much can be done in a single day if you mange your time I enjoy the clients feedback and seeing them satisfied with the service that I offer them, I clients that shows interest in the product where I can educate them of all the knowledge I have acquired through training and studying The most challenging aspect of my job would be relying on internal systems that are still going through teething issues and the lack of team work in the dealership

Learnership student
It has been amazing being a learner-ship Student at Sandown Motor Holdings. typical work day is learning and taking breaks to decipher what we have learned during the time we have to do vacation work. I enjoy engaging in intellectual discussions during the trainings. I have learnt about tax. the challenging thing is that we are diverse in nature and most of the learning fields have covered majority of the working environment adaptation skills.
Pros: Accommodation, studies and books are paid for
Cons: only limited to undergraduate and one post graduate funding.

There is potential to grow, but we are stunted as the senior staff are near retirement age and have no intention of leaving soon to make way for others.
