Good Learning envirenment of funds
My current job is a good learning environment in understanding funds with relation the below factors: - understanding the treatment of various instruments - understanding what and why funds perform a certain way - understanding the underlying factors with relation to the structure of the funds such as performance fees and benchmarks etc. - understanding what am impact various factors has on a fund. - understanding foreign currencies and their treatment. - liaising with fund managers with regards to their funds

Experience
I am a committed and hard-working individual who enjoys a challenge in addition to strong communication skills, I am able to work effectively in a team. My drive and ambitions ensure I am a valuable addition to any company. I work well under pressure and I am always willing to learn and roll up my sleeves to contribute to the success of any given task. I take pride in what I do and always strive to deliver the best work possible. I have been a top performer in many of my previous company’s and I am always available when need be.

Great Experience gained and good learning curve
Normally my start starts at 7 am, I prefer an early start. I do my daily work from then till 11am then therefore do the monthly recons. We have a great working environment, lots of team work and very friendly colleagues. I have learnt it is very important to commit and take ownership of the work irrespective of whom it may belong to. Communication is key, if not sure always ask. I enjoy our free breakfast (fruit salad) and company month end get together.
