Excellent training and learning curve

The opportunity is to die for. As one was exposed to the biggest ERP Software company in the world. The program did not only equip me with two great certifications but also great world-class soft skills. Workshops in many areas where my mindset was completely changed and trained on how to never disregard anyone's opinions but to be open minded and open to different ideas people have to give in the world and into the business.

Pros: Great training and insightful certifications
Cons: A lot of information in a short amount of time. But was worth every second

Great culture and always up to speed because its a sales driven environment

A great culture to work in. Very intense environment and sales driven. I have learn team work ethics and I enjoy being around the best team of Engineers as far as tech environment is concerned.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn and collaborate with other IT practitioner globally.

Excellent Learning curve

Prior to my time at SAP I worked at Oracle, where I mainly farmed accounts. At SAP I learned to hunt, chase after new business and rekindle relationships with dormant accounts.

Pros: Global company
Cons: Lines of businesses are hardly aligned

It was frustrating

There was no structure for the intern program turentern. The interns were placed randomly. I would go back to the company but not as an intern. program

Excellent learning

The company was wonderful to work for. They had excellent employee benefits. The culture was diverse. It was very fast paced and stressful most times. Very demanding

Great opportunity

I was responsible for Supply Chain Solutions throughput the African region. Those Solutions included Warehouse Management, Transportation it Logistics solution, Sales and Distribution, Vehicle Insight, Transportation Resource Planning, and Supply Chain Planning

Excellent company to work for

By far this is one of the best companies I've ever worked for however we got retrenched due to the company sizing down. I would and highly recommend SAP and I wouldn't mind being employed with the company again as they know how to look after their staff.

Working at SAP is great, I love the culture and the people

Working at SAP is great, I love the culture and the people. I was trained in various departments so that I could fill various positions where required. Management encouraged me to fulfil my potential and complete online courses available by the company. SAP allows great opportunity to expand your knowledge and work independently. Management is supportive and promotes teamwork, collaboration and communication.

Great development opportunities

Normal working hours. Great culture within the company. Flexible working hours when studying part time. I've been exposed to so many great things starting off as a Call centre agent working myself up to being a quality assurer and Business Intelligence coordinator. Great self development oppertunities.
