Excellent learning curve, opportunity to interact with regulators

I have the opportunity to be involved in external industry meetings, dealing directly with regulators and internally dealing directly with executives. It’s always busy with lots of business engagements and guidance memorandums. We are a small team of 3 people dealing with the AML Compliance for the whole bank

Pros: Given lots of work and learning from my duties
Cons: Resource constraints, overworked

Fantastic learning opportunity

The experience gained is rewarding. Everyday has challenges and is a learning curve. Being able to build and maintain strong professional relationships with senior executives and employees is something i value. I have learnt to provide efficient and effective services to the business. The challenge is alot of work with not much time but thats where i have learnt to prioritise important tasks.
