Excellent learning,training,teambuilding,family gathering
To work in my company is very good i gained a lot of experience about chemicals and working in a plant,taking a shift hand over,toolbox meeting,shearing of ideas,teambuilding,support each other as a family what i enjoy most is "safety" of employees the most challenging aspects is start-up of plant.

Cons: Long working hours,4 by 5 working days 2 morning and 2 night then we off for 5 days,3 morning and 2 night then off 5 days,2 morning and 3 night then off 4 days.then the is overtime when the is short of staff or employees.

Company experience
Great company to work for. Lot's of options regarding to career opportunities. Very diverse colture. They provide progressive learning and ensures that people have mentor to guide them.

I am a very high rated person
My current plant at Sasol in Sasolburg is closing down,in urgent need off a new challenge.I am a very close person to work with,im a good listener and highly motivated person with many skills and experience in a chemical invironment,Main duties is to ensure to work safe according managements and report all incidents and meet production targets set by senior management.
Pros: Its a pleasure to work for sasol,highly competitive company in the whole off chemical field.
Cons: My plant is closing down due to not meet government specs off environmental stack emissions.

I have a good learning period towards my job
I have learn a lot on working with steam turbines and compressors aswell as pump.doing weekly inspections ans daily safety meetings...i have upgdaded my ability of being a team player aswell as working indivisual.we have a lot of shut downs and general overhals which brings a lot of pressure on the working environment

Excellent company to work for
I am appointed as Manager: Systems instruction (training) and responsible for Supply Chain Functional/transactional training. As a team we also ensure that SC personnel adhere and attend SHE related training as well as Compliance training as required by Legislation. The team also facilitates training interventions and from our Works Instructions, develops training material not just face-2-face but also e- learning using an authoring tool called Storyline 3. All our material, results, scheduled offerings etc are loaded onto SharePoint as well as T@W, which is our Learning Management System.

I Lead a proactive team of 8 safety officers who working in providing daily assurance on safety systems such as PTW , BBS and daily monitioring , I lead the Intergrated Management System that is based on the ISO and OSHAS systems.
