or My department is a complex office in my company.My department provides a dynamic environment where I can support my adjust to change and quick thinking to meet the costumer changing needs. I appreciate the chance that I got to learn from different customers interactions to strengthen my problem solving abilities and contribute towards delivering great service belittle you and still you don’t have to retaliate as this can score you lower on QA assessment

Pros: No opportunity for growth and a lot of nepotism
Cons: Long working hours
