I have been rewarded as the Best Plant training Coordinator in Production Sasol TPS – 2013 I am highly skilled with 21 years’ experience in Petrochemical / Oil & Gas Operations, Projects, OJT and Technical training in Sasol South Africa. My knowledge and understanding of processes and quality control / Safety are second to none. I’m a subject matter expert in operations and strive to continue improve my knowledge. I regard myself as a disciplined, hardworking and reliable individual, I can cope well under pressure, which I always see as a challenge. I believe in making a Difference in what i do and treat all people with respect. My Values live by is: Having a Good attitude, respect, dedicated, committed and continues improvement. Exellent place to work

1)you must be self motivated to achieve success, every minute of your day to be fruitful, 2)excellent relationship with contractors,proponents, and co-workers 3)patience understanding,negotiate, caring, 4)there is a challenge everyday,communication is key,enjoy work to be productive for more than the day may offer 5)non commitment from epats with qualifications with little experience

Excellent learning curve

My current Company gave me an opportunity which has enabled me to interact with the global community. I have learned how to execute Mega Projects within a region of $500 million to $1.2 billion. What I am enjoying is that I have been afforded with an opportunity to lead various project teams, working independently and executing projects on time and within cost. The most challenging aspect was that of dealing with multi nations and times communication would be a barrier, but with time I managed to break through into the system. I've had a very good relationship with my co-workers and I have dealt quite well with the various service providers

I am quick learner and ability to lead a team

I am Fire Protection engineer with 5+ years experience in saudi arabia. I know all the maintenance,troubleshooting,construction and commissioning works related to mechanical Sprinkler,foam, FM200 and all electrical fire alarm works. I worked with Siemens,Simplex, notifier and minimax system according to all NFPA/IFC standards in plants and hotels.I attach my cv below and find the attachment.

Excellent opportunity to work on mega project

Great experience and opportunity to work on a mega design engineering,procurement and construction project. Global leader in the oil and gas sector with multinational employees which allows for great networking and learning environment with fellow professionals with varied experiences and knowledge. Excellent process management system and high emphasis on safety and excellence.

Excellent Career development and management skills

BHuge company with scope for long term employment but with vision 2030 it mad it difficult for foreign employees t and job security. Contracts are year to year and has a possibility of termination at any time.

I was inter acting with project managers

I was in charge of Health and safety management system of Saudi Aramco for the project. I was doing amendments when necessary. I was helping contractor on site.

Pros: I was promoted from being Safety engineer to be Safety Advisor
Cons: We used to work 12 hours a day

Pleasing, Gratyfing and Rewarding

An industrial skills trainer is required to have many attributes because his daily duties and responsibilities feature a variety of tasks and important roles. Primarily the trainer provides theoretical knowledge of a particular craft to apprentices and college graduates in a classroom. He is also required to build the skill of these trainees so as to prepare them for this role in the field. Being the subject matter expert of his craft, he will identify key components in the craft which will be used as the basis of training to these trainees/students. This is the core activity of his role as the trainer and role model in the classroom and workshop.
