Good Experience

I have learn the work environment and I am used to it. Getting exposure in many things, customers care, service. I am intelligent, hard working, good listener, I follow rules and procedures, I respect my job and I am always willing to learn. Customers is important, the pressure comes when you find terrible customers but I am coping and can manage that. Smiling and helping customers in everything they need. Communicate well with others. It makes me happy to see people getting helped. I feel like I've done such great job to the customers happy.

Excellent worker

My typical work day is a lot of thinking and remembering. My relationship with my co-workers is very good and understanding. I have learnt a lot and most what i have learn is to think out of the box. I enjoy to be busy and work under pressure. The most challenging is to remember everything and to help everyone also.. I like to be busy the whole day and be up and down im used to working under pressure for 8 years.

Learning good customer service

My duties were mainly at sharpnet, where I worked with computer, in typing, scanning, photocopying and faxing and also sell the staff like stationary, printer inks and all. I was also write and email stock orders approved by store manager. Working environment was clean and healthy. Communication to all levels was good even with colleagues. Able to help one another and also WOR as a team

Positive environment with growth

The working environment was goo, busy i learnt how to work under pressure and to work together with my co-workers by making sure that customer service is the best, we worked as a team I enjoyed meeting different kinds of people everyday The. Most challenging was when the system was down on a busy day
