Good opportunity and learning experience

Excellent medium sized organization of which I have to opportunity to perform all generalist duties. An organisation that is dedicated to career growth and development of employees by investing time and resources in each individual. The MD takes time out of her busy schedule to have one on one coaching and mentoring sessions with our up and coming office and branch managers. A truly dedicated company for the greater good of people. Working each day to be better each day!

Good organisation

Savignac have been good in the past years. It was run like a family business made profit and everyone was happy, when company was doing good no one ever thought things will change in Aluminium Industry. 2017 Company made a lost and things changed till now

Pros: Willing to up-skill employees
Cons: Top management bad decisions that impact on employees
