I learn fast and have the ability to learn more

14 years experience in credit controlling -IOD - CIOD and 2yrs 3mnths experience in reception. Making bookings cancellations sort problems out for pasients phone pasients do scanning and indexing and also help with credit controlling at medicross. Im a friendly outgoing hard working positive trustworthy persone and have the ability for new challenges and learn fast. I help my co workers during busy times and i learnt alot at the medicross to keep drs and pasients happy at all time. I enjoy working with alot of different people and to understand them. The most challenging aspect of the work is the different kind of people that we work with everyday.

Pros: Opportunity to work with drs and different kind of people is the best opportunity that i have. Its a positive challenge thatvi have and i enjoy it alot.

Admin and secretary

I'm a friendly hardworking trustworthy outgoing person. I like to help people and make sure that in my work that pasients/clients is happy. I walk a extra mile to go further in the goal i want. I like it to learn more and i'm open for new challenges. When i'm at work i work hard and put everything in my work i'll do my work untill everthing is up to date and i help my colleagues with extra work. I'm a quick learner and i stay positive in everything i do. I learned to work with different kind of people and how to keep them happy at all time. I enjoy everything in my work area the rush helping drs and pasient walk the extra mile to keep them happy. The most challenging aspects of my work is to work with different kind of people and how to keep them all happy at all time.
