Working at sb packaging is very nice , my co workers are very friendly we work as a team . since its a very small company we know each other very well and we always reach our targets .

Team player, long hours, good communication, hard working, fair treatment

Sb packging is a good company just that there is no opportunities like promotions but all in al, is a good company because hey treat us fairi and we g have a good team player as wormers of sb packaging. The management us vey good to teit workers the most challenging job is that we are working long hours while we dont earn a salary which we are supposed to earn but all in all is a good company.

Great opportunity for growth

SB Packaging is a team player environment. Working under pressure to ensure quality products are delivered to customers in time. SB has taught me more about the business world and how important customer relationships are. The most challenging task about my job is assisting top management in finding root causes for any issues regarding manufacturing issues and implementing corrective and preventive actions for those issues.

Pros: Opportunity for personal growth
Cons: Small factory, so although there's opportunity for personal growth, there isn't many opportunities to further your career
