My daily tasks is to communicate with my clients, draw up all the necessary documentation for the different processes, dealing with the Trustees and debtors at each month end. I have a good relationship with my co-workers and clients and we all get along very well. What I enjoy mostly is seeing my clients in a better financial position after the process is finalised. The challenges at work is to stay positive when the applications in court is turned down and to communicate it to my clients and to motivate them to not give up. We get incentives for our client service and I am always in forst or second place. The lady I was competing with is our staff manager. I hope to see you for an interview very soon.

Great learning and growing opportunity
I deal with all administrative duties to the Directors of the Company on a daily basis. This includes general admin, travel arrangements, Diary management, etc. I have excellent relationships with my co-workers. I am a true team player, but I also work very well on my own, as I am a self starter and self motivator. Working for SBA, I have learned a lot of the financial business world. We deal mainly in Debt counselling. I enjoy working with the Directors of the company, as I feel that I learn something new every day. The most challenging aspect of my job is to ensure that everything runs smoothly, as I am a perfectionist, and always ensure that I do my best and deliver the best.
