Learning new things everday regarding job ralated

- I enjoy meeting clients/ customers everyday - My relationship with my co-workers we respect each other and communication is important, when I'm given a task I do it on my free time unless its urgent. - What I have learnt is , I have to take this business as my own because a customer is a Boss he/she can fire anyone or look for business elsewhere. - I enjoy what I do as Receptionist. - Most challenging aspect is when I have ideas or suggestions they don't take me seriously especially teamwork. - Doing extra job that you didn't sign for.

Cons: Don't take my job seriously also not having meetings regarding achievements or challenges

Excellent environment

Good staff relationships built across the departments and teams both locally and nationally. Accounts are hard work with long hours. Great team members with Positive Attitudes. Company has room for growth and team members are always willing to grow each other. Management is keen to empower others!

Excellent working environment but very little opportunity for promotion

The company has a wonderful work environment but fails to offer any opportunities for promotion. The managers of the various departments are always willing to teach and give opportunities to perform various functions in the business. The directors are friendly although often change or alter company policies to suit their needs. The company does not pay for overtime and employees are expected to work over the weekend.

Pros: Wonderful working environment, very relaxed.
Cons: Not many opportunities for promotion, working hours not flexible, have to work weekends with no overtime pay, company policies constantly change to favour directorship and management.
