Its a good company to learn imports

Good company have certain advantages and disadvantages company is growing rapidly but no promotion or growth for an individual only for senior management and they have no management skills

It was a pleasure working at CSA as i learnt a lot

My duty or job discription was to be a painter and it was amazing and a pleasure everyone was friendly including management. I gained a lot of experience because everyone was patient and willing to help. I now understand that i have to meet the company goals same as mine, i now able to prioritise the company need, Working hours is 07:00am to 16:00pm , the most challenging part was time menagement when we had lot of work to complete at a very small space an that taught time menagement

Pros: Great opportunity for experience
Cons: Working underpresure
