Experienced millwright
A highly gifted millwright with experience finding solutions to most breakdowns and fixing, maintaning, supporting of machinery. A team worker, a millwright with a photographic memory! I do not learn to forget! I have been exposed to different types of pumps, gears, furnaces, conveyors, motors within the scaw metals group. I also have knowledge of drives and PLCs, i have delt a lot with mounting sensors and pyrometres! I am a problem solver. Im well knowledged when it comes to water treatment, burners, and coils. The work that i do needs ascertiveness and the drive, especially wen doing faultfinding, both electrically and mechanically. It is very easy when working as a team to achieve one goal. I enjoy getting all the machines running without any delayal. The most challenging is part of my job is fighting against gender issues amongst co workers.

Work experience
In a day we hold safety lessons and we discuss the recently solved breakdowns, we check the new breakdowns and attend them if no breakdowns we make sure that the backup PC with scada and relevent PLC machine are ready for if there is breakdown that requires to take the machine out we should put the working backup while we repair the other. Or make sure that we clean our machines in plants. Other things. Relationship has to be professional and team work is very important. Therefore good relationship is required. We learn everyday about how to work, faultfind, troubleshooting, combine PLCand SCADA. Automation involves electrical, electronic, instrumentation, pneumatic, hydraulic and other engineering sections so we learn and practice engineering. Breakdowns troubleshooting

Engineered and implemented many supply chain, warehousing and group wide reports. Developed, refined and purchasing, strategic sourcing, manufacturing, warehouse and purchasing KPIs. Responsibility for SAP system improvements, MM system clean-up and archiving, vendor onboarding, BBBEE management for SD, PP, ED. 3 personnel reporting to me within business Intelligence. I report into the group business unit managers forum for controlling BU spend and Inventory management. Learnt all processes related to purchasing from request to payment on SAP. Developed all supply chain and warehousing job description, processes and procedures via interviews and the implementation of business logic with departmental managers. Co-ordinated all internal and external supply chain audits. I enjoy developing and conceptualising solutions. Most challenging work task was implementing structure into SAP master data to be able to utilize data more effectively.
Pros: Great oppurtunity to learn, Presented out of the box solutions to changed historical paradigms thus bringing great value to the business.
Cons: Just completed section 189, Company on the verge of sale, many employees changing jobs, a lot of uncertainty amoungst the numerous management suttle requests for good workers not to jump ship.
