Good work
Day to day work is servicing mining equipment, Instrument, PDS systems and Electronic equipment repairs. More pressure and a lot of work. Sensitive job responsibility and accountability. Good relationship with co-workers and clients. I have learned accountability and responsibility. I enjoy working on site than office, fault finding and preventive maintenance. The challenging part of my job is no time to do anything, Production matters. Thanks

I still need more challenges on electrician
I enjoy working at schauenburg course I am dealing with new products that are improving on few months, that gives me more challenge and knowledge. I must give reports on daily basis, do travelling to different sites where thes more need .I am a good team player so the relationship is very nice eg I will call other sites to here whether thes a need to come and do repairs. When I arrived there was no good communication on some people but now its better and this make the company look good on sites and performance is best just because of good team worker. I enjoy doing my work to the best of my ability and dont mind to go extra mile by not going home if thes work available to finish.challenges are right to give me more knowledge and do more.

Learning Curve
Everyday is a new challenge. People here are outstanding at what they do. Relationships are easy to build with the people, as everyone has the same goal (keep the client happy). Everyone made the transition into this role very easy and comfortable. I have learnt a lot during my time at Schauenburg Systems. As this was my first software testing position. The most challenging aspect is to ensure that all the client's expectations are met, taking into account the vast amount of clients we have, all wanting different things.

Excellent to learn from
The company is good to work for with a potential of growing and producing magnificent employees. It also focuses on variety of instruments, helping with gaining knowledge, also encourages to be able to have good communication skills especially with the customers and other personal.

Slow experience learning curve
Company which is racial discriminating towards young black educated people , with un-educated people in higher positions. That supply safety services to mines.

Different,complicated,shortage of information,poor supervisory skills
t,the thingcomplicated,of information,poor supervisory skills,no one really under stands what they are doing,clients shout at us,supervisors afraid to come see the client,every vital information verbally or written begins or ends with threats of disciplinary actions

Good communicator, precise on my work, always on time, dedicated, love the work that I do
Very good company to work for. Always promotes growth, very dedicated personnel, I've learned alot in my position and Company provides training to their staff, I love working with the people internally as well as externally, collecting money from the mines for trainings provided is very challenging but I do overcome those challenges,
