My work Ethics

I have excellent administration skills and whilst at college I studied a HR element and would like to combine these two skills. I have a good understanding of Human Resources as I have experience as an HR administrator of 4 years including the year I was a Skills Development Facilitator- this position focusing more on training. I work in a methodical way but I am confidential and understand that a lot of the information that I will be subject to will be sensitive and confidential and will be treated as such. Having looked in the company and position I understand that my role will involve keeping records up to date, ensuring filing is done accurately, distributing HR communication, coordinating meetings, venues etc. many tasks of which I am already exposed to and know how to do well.

I have good communication skills, management and time management skills.

I develop, facilitate and present science workshop. I enjoy presenting science programmes. I do evaluation of the programmes by capturing data, analysing data and writing reports as to whether the goals and deliverables were met.

Excellent learn curve

I have studied Engineering but since working at sci-bono I developed a new vision of giving back and sharing my knowledge with school pupil from grade R- 12. Conducting workshops to equip them with skills and building an interest to study maths and science.

Good working environment

Works from 8am to 5pm daily at a very busy company. Enjoy what i do as i work very well with my team. The most difficult part being dealing with suppliers every single day and some not delivering at all. On this job i have learnt to be patient.

Good training and facilatating skills.

Training and facilitating on daily basis and fixing any Technical and Networking issues i come across. Working outreach has make me a strong,quick thinker and hard working person as most of the things i do alone and has to succeed. Working with different people is quiet good and challenging as you turn to learn each other's personalities and know where to cross the line.

Dynamic working experience

Science engagement

Its a science maths and technology based department mostly we deal with public, schools and tourist engagement in to feather understanding and insteal interest in those fields. Guided tours around science exhibitions, practicals, presentation for hands on engagement in some principles of science. Communiation and team are highly valued at work.

Learning every day

my daily work is to prepare the lesson and also deliver it to the simplest way possible to the Students. I have a good relationship with my co-workers as its easy to go to them for clarity if the is something i don't understand. Well i have learnt alot as i came here with no knowledge at all and now i am greatful that they have groomed me so well. I enjoy working with youth as most of the time they challenge me and also working with the most active co-workers. The challenging part for me iscreating my own content to teach and deliver it the way its expected.

EXCELLENT LEARNING CURVE

GOOD ENVIRONMENT, ALLOWS FOR AN OPPORTUNITY FOR GROWTH AND TO LEARN. CO WORKERS ARE LAZY AND CONSTANTLY HAVE TO BE PUSHED TO THE RIGHT DIRECTION. OTHERWISE ITS A VERY FRIENDLY ENVIRONMENT , SO FRIENDLY THAT THE Y CO WORKERS TEND TO BE VERY LENIENT.
