Good company, bad management and racism

Rated as junior Storeman but working as senior Storeman receiving of raw materials, following all necessary procedures, bulk bags, bulk tanks all kinds of chemicals, preparing fof this raw material for production and sengind it to, daily cycle count, stock takes ow

Good environment

There is slight room for growt. The staff memebers are good at times. Less promotions. Not getting paidb for the qualification but only for the job title.
