I'm working in mpumalanga scribante mining for about 5 years now my job was to operate a articulated dumb truck transportation of coal from the pit to the lab washing in then taking it to the trucks

Pros: I'm good at what I do I take my job very seriously

Most important growth of my career

I really do enjoy the Work that I'm doing, it's a 12hrs shift, working four days and resting another four days. I've learnt so much as far as safety is concern

There is not much to learn as it is a routine job with no motivation and no career development

I AM RESPONSIBLE TO EXAMINE AND MAKE SAFE OF THE WORKING AREA AND DO HIRA AND COMMUNICATE THOSE HAZARDS AND RISKS TO THE TEAM. I GIVE PRODUCTION LINE UP AND UPDATES TO THE TEAM AND RESPONSIBLE FOR CREATING A GOOD WORKING ATMOSPHERE TO THE TEAM, I HOLDS MEETINGS WITH DIFFERENT DEPARTMENTS AND ALSO WITH MANAGEMENT AND SUBORDINATES. I LEARNED TO TRUST MY CO-WORKERS AND DELEGATE THE JOB. I ENJOY WORKING WITH MY TEAMMATES AND SHARING THE TASKS. THE MOST CHALLENGES WHICH I FACE IS INTERFERENCE FROM TOP MANAGEMENT.

Pros: I AM IN A GOOD POSITION FOR PROMOTION JUST WE DON'T HAVE IN OUR COMPANY
