I was retrenched at 2014 n re employed 2016

The company I work for I enjoy doing my job n I love my collaboration with my colleague's n I have a good relationship with my Formen n managers the salary I m earning though it does not reach all my needs I love my job n I enjoy it

Pros: poor tranportation n poor salary
Cons: good manegment salary is paid as they promised good supply with ppe n hygenic

Learned a lot when it came to driving.

It was work and a salary to complain about. I was kept busy most of the time which I appreciated. My co-workers were friendly and helpful. Working hours tended to be long due to overtime which I cannot complain about as it helped me financially.

Pros: They look after their people.
Cons: Possiblity of promotion rare.

Excellent learning curve

Working day was from 6h30 to 17h00 Monday to Friday and 6h30 to 14h00 on Saturdays. Working with people was the best about the position, as I always have a great relationship with the guys. I have learned very from about production from the foremen. The biggest issue I had was that I did not have a lot of backup from management, as I believe they do not know enough about about legislation. I also assisted a lot in production, as we were running on a tight schedule to get the project signed off.

Cons: Not much backup from management

I love my work working with people and challenges . Day to day I supervise truck and shovel operations, also declare the work place safe, do traffic management.,pto, planed inspections. I

Excellent

I have an excelletn relationship with all co workers I have 800 operators under me and manage them quite well. Everyday is challenging because we are a contractor for a big mine South32 I enjoy working with people we learn from each other evey day. We can handle the worst situations and for sure we always get it solved and a solution regards to any challenge that comes to us as a team. I do motivate my co-workers and so they motivate me aswell.

Excellent learning and new challenges

Loading hauling and tipping ,toolbox talks before the start of the shift,site inspections ,clear n understandable instruction giving to employees,problem solving skills, well understanding in core an support of mining and well motivated .

Pros: good n new challenges for my work environment and new opportunities .
Cons: dont have a problem working over time
