Its a learning curve

my job is to solve customer queries on a daily basis,help walk in customers in our showroom,relieve the receptionist when necessary, i have an excellent relationship with my colleagues as they are great colleagues, i have learnt how to deal with difficult customers and people from different cultural and different countries i enjoy the challenges of interacting with different people,and explaining the product to them,and sorting out their queries is the most exciting part the most challenging part is when you have tried to do the best part of your job,and its difficult to get it right,e.g when the product is not available in the country

Frustrating

Frustrating and very slow going. If you are an innovative person this company will not be good for you as non of your ideas will be take into account. If you like routine and always doing things exactly the same way over and over then this company is for you.

Frustrating

Relationships with co-workers where sometime challenging but workable. I enjoyed the numbers and calculations the most and showing that figures are more reliable then someone's experience.
