as per CV The ability to share ones knowledge with others and give people the skills that they need to make a success of their lives is a big reward for me. My curiosity has put me in the Technical support field where I have successfully filled job roles that revolve around Business Equipment both on the Hardware and Software fields. These two skills play an important role in getting to where I am at the moment. Not only can I complete highly technical training documentation and training but I am also able to support staff, dealers and clients with their everyday jobs. My specialty is copier training but with a formal certificate in Training I am able to develop, train, asses and administer all aspects of training. I am a self motivator with high patient levels. I am currently working in a high demand and pressurized environment that requires accuracy and tasks to be completed on time and within certain specifications.

Accounts Payable Clerk / Bookkeeper

i worked very well with my coreworkers, my strength is on reconcilliations and query solving. I created a number of templates for VAT calculations and other recons which I am proud of. I confidently recommend and describe myself as an extremely well groomed mature lady, very dedicated, hardworking and always have a sense of urgency. I am keen on new ideas and concepts and enjoy new challenges. I maintain a strong work ethics at all times in order to ensure various deadlines and goals are achieved. I enjoy interacting with people on all levels. These traits combined with my friendly demeanour and neat appearance has put me in good stead relationship in my working environment. I have the ability to assist with various administrative and bookkeeping duties and enjoy doing work where these skills can be applied. I am a quick learner and believe that what any other person can do, I can also do when given the opportunity to learn. I strive for continued excellence.

Appreciated the challenge, Enjoyed the diverse solutions offered to clients.

Good day My average working day, would consist of time management, damage control and ensuring my targets were met. i am a smart worker, eager to get things done efficiently and effectively, with a high standard of professionalism, not many people walk by such principles and it is a challenge to work with individuals who are merely around to receive a pay check. It is very frustrating, and the reality is either the team agree or don't. My experience has been where my decorum is misunderstood and taken advantage of, however i utilize such to grow my character and challenge my skills, in order to work with other people. In short my day consists of many challenges, allot of damage control, up-skilling employees to work as a team through my own responses. kind regards Nicky 0731583615

Opportunity while searching for permanent employment

There's no structure, management and colleagues unprofessional and immature, bad leadership and not a good company to work for as a result of this. Disciplinary procedures or company policy doesn't get implemented, hence everyone do as they pleases. Bad management decisions lead to irrevoocable mistakes and frustration to the few employees striving to do their job with excellence. Not a very secure company to work for as they retrenched for 2 years in a row. No benefits or other incentives.

Pros: Develop in this area by gaining more knowledge of systems and exposure
Cons: Long working hours and no structure

Excellent learning curve

- very busy with supporting clients in day to day issues and installation of devices - very good relationship with my co workers -i have learnt a lot about printers as i am working in a printing company ass well as more It related problem solving -i enjoy solving problems and being productive when i work -i think it is dealing with rude customers but i will just be pollite and no matter how angry the customer is i dont ever be rude back
