Excellent learning curve.

Monday mornings would begin with a review of the weekend projects and how to better our service delivery. We would then be assigned tasks in preparation for the following weekends' projects. Since I had an easy going relationship with my colleagues, this process was seamless. During my time there, the most difficult challenge was the work-life balance however it was great to travel around the Continent and see different places.

Pros: Great opportunity for growth.
Cons: Long and irregular working hours
