Excellent team playing
-It is a big company supplying local municipalities with software sollutions also growing overseas. -it has a very welcoming environment. - it is easy to associate with fellow collegues. - I have learned how municipalities work in terms of providing services to their communities. - Also how they support them in terms of reducing a number of unemployment in the communities. - I enjoyed running the preparations for events like workshops internal and external. - My challenges was to meet the deadlines which I have managed well so far.
Pros: Great opportunities to grow the business.
Cons: Working hours were well managed only if there was work that is still behind and already on the deadline we would work extra hours.
