Optimising the QMS

A typical work day consists from anything to external audits, dealing with component failures, customer complaints, improvement requirements, risk assessments, training & other value adding tasks to all divisions. Great relationship with co-workers, uplifting & assisting them where ever I can. Great team work. The industry has taught me that not all things can be changed over night, & patience & persistence is required. Challenges are numerous & has taught me a great deal in prioritizing & how to respond quickly & with the most appropriate actions. Dealing with an industry that lacks technical expertise within the field, has brought up the challenge of always thinking out of the box, for example, not just to correct & prevent failures internally, but to further offer the external training or improvements externally.

Overview

With dealing with a Government entity, there are always focus on compliance & improvement in all aspects of the organization. A typical day could consist of internal audits, customer audits, supplier audits, and even certification audits. Attending to non-conformances which include internal failures, process failures, customer returns due to product failures, customer complaints & reporting. Verification & Validation of product & processes & numerous investigations & identifying the most appropriate corrective measures to prevent or improve different aspects within the organization. With my passion to develop & improve my colleagues' skills, understanding & quality of input provided, training development & presenting is another task I enjoy completing. In a very stressed related industry, it assists greatly to have the great relationships I have within the organization. WOrking as a team to ensure we all gain from the success achieved.

Better learning curve

Better working condition,teamworker,Focused,strict at job discription and delivering on time. i enjoy working here bt i want new challenge. i have learnt to be responsible of what i do.
