I have been exposed to data capture without full training but i excel in what i do

Its a great company to work for, approachable general workers and few management Management needs to attend courses on how to be a leader, how to respect other races. Long exhausting days. Supervisor should allow assistant to get fully exposure showcase their capabilities.

Pros: no promotion at all
Cons: work long hours sometimes you are not paid
