Relation with co-workers are phenomenal good, always a good time working with co-workers.
What I have learnt most is what is the rules and regulations of the mines and how they differ in some aspects. Communication is very important to get work done and done right. Sometimes it is better to take a bit longer to get the job done if it means to get it done perfect. Relation with co-workers are phenomenal good, always a good time working with co-workers. The most challenging about my job is redoing jobs or doing add ons to the job with unprepared tactics and not will all equipment due to very poor communication. I enjoy most about my job the small parts of electrical work I can still do and interacting with people and meeting new people.

Excellent
My work days start at about half past 6 till 6 or 7 pm. I enjoy the challenging aspect of the work. I enjoy my co-workers and have a good relationship with everyone in the company. I also create stuff and can see how it is being built. My greatest ability that I have learnt throughout everything is my ability to compromise. My most challenging problem is the salary that is to low to make a living and I currently see my job as paying for experience.

Excellent learning curve.
Experienced a lot of challenges and gained a lot of knowledge and experience. Learned about commitment and dedication to achieve the desired goals. New challenges with regards to different projects. Spend more time on the field than at the office.
