Excellent learning curve

This job is excellent as a first time job. Really amazing if you looking to identify your strengths and weaknesses. It can be a bit fast paced on peak seasons like the December Holidays and the June Holidays. The phone rings off the hook which is fantastic for learning telephone etiquette. We receive several email and onkine enquiries a day and must be responded to with immediate effect. On busy days you work hands on with the cleaning staff.

Pros: The experience you receive is impeccable.
Cons: There are no benefits, e.g. medical aid

Excellent learning curve

Its a great place to work if you are looking to build your CV up. I manage the daily routines of the staff and my own. I handle all incoming calls and reply to all the emails. I handle the making of the invoices and the calling for outstanding and overdue accounts. I handle all Labour related issues. I handle any conflict that may arise amongst the staff. See More Guest House has been a great learning curve and has taught me how to toughen and handle issues as they arise.

Pros: Awesome first time job
Cons: No benefits e.g Medical aid
