Gaining skills and experience

I served my articles at Chabalala Incorporated for two (2) year where I dealt with the Road Accident Fund matters, drafting notices, consulting with clients, updating files, and litigation. I also volunteered at Mokhabukhi attorneys where I have learned more about filing, managing files, and recording file notes, claims against the organs of state, Road Accident Fund, eviction and contracts. I am currently under the employ of Sekati Monyane Attorneys where I am handling all consultations, litigation in the magistrate’s court, (district and regional) drafting contracts, consulting, and advising clients on general legal matters including Labour matters, divorce, maintenance, criminal, road accident fund, estates, winding up of deceased estate, civil matters and medical negligence and I also attend pre-trial conferences.

Good learning curve

wjhhhdjhhdggggglrtgkrtgkrtgworking at sekati monyane helped me in litigation drefting and communication skills, coreespondence and consulting .. i enjoyed the team i was working with as we helped each other in growing and i also learned a lot from them
