Learning Curve

The company is growing with the focus on maintenance not being high on the agenda. The work ethic is harsh as with all manufacturing companies. In some circumstances the company does force you think out the box with solutions due to limited resources. The need for constant innovation for solutions is paramount to the maintenance ethos of this company. It isn't very demanding in terms of engineering related aspects, rather more application based aspects and working with heavy machinery.

Cons: Who you know is more important than what you know
