I would like to see myself grow financially

My day at work is to go through 6 stores a day spending atleast 1 hour at each or more,since we deal directly with customers we make sure we maintain good relationships with customers so we can sell better.So far i have learnt that customers view comes first and to be patient with complaining customers.What i enjoy most is that we are faced with different challenges daily.The job involves multitasking as you constantly change from a driver to a Rep and finally a product trainer.

Pros: working un paid overtime sometime on a holiday you can be called to report
Cons: They do not offer provident fund

I have improved my skills interms of customer care

At selian you visit 5 to six stores a day.By the time you knock off you are exhausted.It's an opportunity to meet new people every day .What i love most about this job is the fact that you get to travel around on company petrol and you get access cards like petrol cards e toll cards.

Pros: no chance of getting promoted here
Cons: 9-5 are the working hours
