Excellent learning experience

My typical Work day is checking files,capture payments received from patients, send invoices.We have a good working relationship with co-workers.I've learnt follow-up is the best way to get results from medical aids and patients, patience and being firm.Birthday's are always celebrated

Excellent learning curve

Working with people is quite fun cause you meet different types of people, working with kids and adults can challenge and sharpen ones character. Every morning I update patient files and check if their accounts are updated After a patient leave the practice we arrange the next appointment date,we have good relationship with my co-workers as there is only 3 of us.The Dental Assistant,cleaner and myself the receetionist. The Doctor only comes 3 times a week and we work some Saturdays of the months

Pros: small number of employees
Cons: working saturday
