Like to have new challenges, self motivated, self driven diciplined person

Compile equipment packages and specifications. Lias with design draftsmen concerning plant layout designs. Meetings with conrtactors on equipment selections. Visit clients concerning to finalise plant requirements, designs and layouts. Plant visits during construction meetings and to co-ordinate progress. Team work is of the essence for any project to be succesful, it is not negotiable. Succesfull Plant design, installation and commisioning is always a challenging and satisfactory part of any project.

Pros: Always satisfying to see the fruit of years of experience be manifested.
Cons: Any project have a stricked timeline and requiers dedication and long work hours to complete in time and in budget

I would like to work again

i Love keeping busy all day being semi retired is not for me i can work with people off all race and can speak a black language I can heavy repair heavy duty machines and love working my trade. I worked in a in mines and engineering workshop i can repair pumps. I can only be an asset for your company i am healthy 64 year man and up and going

Pros: I will like to have this oppertunity
Cons: will work shifts and long hours it will not bother me

Strict but fair in working environment

Professional Planning, Organizing and Controlling of Projects. Good relations with Client, Owner,Contractors, Consultants and own Project team to ensure a win-win situation at all times,but complying to procedures and schedules ( no short cuts!! )

Pros: Teaching of Juniors to become professionals in their fields
Cons: Sometimes find that I push to hard to get job done in time
