On a day to day basis we mix,monitor and check the quality of the reagent to meet specifications. We have a very vibrant work environment with many challenges along the way. The thing I enjoy most is using my engineering background to help with solving management issues.

Excellent learning curve

I'm working In the vendor management departments, doing shift working hours. I dislike the issue of working on weekends, it does not tream me well this days and no allowance for Sundays or holidays. SENMIN carries a diverse of cultural people and I love the team which I am working with currently. As an metallurgist working for a chemical company, this gave me enough exposure when it comes to the issue of chemical handling and their behaviour, associated with handling and possible hazards and also the first aid producers. I am not happy to be found within this department because even when opportunities comes within the company we hardly get notice unlike those who are working at head quarters. The only challenging and manageable task is the issue of chemical handle which involves dangerous fumes and dust particles but there's a protective gear that which one can relay on for safe work.

Always use ppe

Conduct sampling and testing,maintaining good housekeeping,loading and off loading road tankers,clear line blockages,sample final products,adjust products if out of spec,label final products
