The position entails all the legal, governance and compliance for the Group. It is challenging and dynamic on a daily basis. Extensive commercial business experience is required to ensure proactive advice and assurance terms of risk mitigation. The team is highly skilled and we are all passionate about the company and our work. we strive to improve skills and service levels on a daily basis and make use where possible of systems to ensure streamlining and efficient outcomes and service delivery. the dynamic environment is stressful with regular periods of meeting of deadlines. We attend to M&A, litigation, dispute resolution and drafting of all agreements. The journey of reporting legislative compliance in an extensive compliance universe is reaching mature levels and we are pleased to be able to have made good strides in measuring compliance risks.

Excellent learning learning curve

It is a great company to work for. Good working good learning curve. Company culture is not exclusive. It is a very hectic working environments no work & life balance. Company gives people opportunities to study further and self improve.

Excellent opportunity to learn more and gain experience in all fields of HR

I started at Senwes as a graduate freshly out of University whereby I gained all my practical experience from. I am responsible for 19 branches's HR within Hinterland. my day to day responsibilities are Recruitment, Industrial Relations, Labour advise, Workforce planning, Employment Equity plans,People reporting and General HR duties. There is a strong relationship between me and my co-workers and we do get along very well. I love what I do, everyday new challenges crosses my path which excites me however sometimes it's challenging to get the employees to follow procedures which causes problems.

Pros: Great opportunity to learn and to gain experience
Cons: My salary and the fact that I am far away from my Husband
