Excellent learning curve and new technologies
Facilitaate team meetings to give workers an overview of what is expected of them far the day. Do the checklist of every equipment to be used. I relate easily to all co- workers and they all have a trust on me. I have learned new technologies and also how to use equipment to maximise output. I enjoy working with people and the kind of equipment used to achieve our target and having achieved more than any other team within the department. If targets are not achieved then what do we do? Long working hours Breakdowns that needed some urgency
Pros: Relate easily to the working environment
Cons: long working hours and breakdowns
