A typical day at work starts off with a harsh morning meeting. I have a good relationship with co workers. I have gained knowledge in how to build truck and trailer bodies including the materials used.

Pros: great place to learn fabrication

Excellent learning curves

Company told me to be independent is I was still only industrial engineer. I managed to do industrial engineering project. They also challenged me to use a new software (for diagrams) to make my presentation more meaningful.

Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Long working hours

Excellent learning curve

green area meeting , challenged with workers (their education) , refrigerated bodies / trailers , I enjoy manufacturing and I'm well versed in any production environment

Pros: good starter job
Cons: overtime
