Good company

At previously companies I've learned that I'm a good telesales agent by making target every month . Good team member by participating in team activities an also a people's person . Day to day new obstacles and not one got me down u get difficult client listen to the client and solve the problems was a big part of the day . Any client likes a problem solver. That's how I see myself . By marketing my product that the customer needs I see it as a problem solving thing .

Good working environment

1 its good 2 its a good relationship but sometimes not good because of different personalities 3 its my first time working in a coroprate company but learning to be responsible 4 i enjoy the part of been in charge of any project hence am involved with both training and accredited training 5 is when learners on a learnership are not attending accordintly and lots of dropouts

Excellent learning curve

I'm smart and fast learner. Dedicated and committed Consistent and persuasive. Hardworking and motivated. I prefer to work 5days a week. Company should have team buildings. Prefer to build relationships with fellow colleagues. Training should be provided. Company should have safety officers. Surveys should be provided to customers. I like to workin a professional environment. I would like to proof my dedication and loyalty to the company. Live out the best in me. Show you my devotion and team player etiquette. I can work under pressure. I love interacting with colleagues and customers. Build a strong profile which can benefit the company.

A good learning experiance

One can learn and experience the pressure of meeting expectations and targets while trying to ascertain leads on a daily basis, and liaising with business owners.

They need to look at their own compliance.

These companies are predominantly white in senior positions and they lack the intelligencedemocracy or employment equity. the company needs an upgrade and better way to do BUSINESS. Its a compliance company yet they lack compliance in their own co mAlso better way to treat their tstaff.pany.

Pros: I get to work out of the office
Cons: Everything is at my own cost. They only pay if a deal gets SIGNED and paid.

Supportive Management Team. Excellent learning structure.

Great working environment. Teamwork. Great Management Team. We also strive together as a team and never look down on an individual colleague. Most important thing I learned that everyone is a winner and we motivate each to do great. SERR is the best company but as a person you should grow in a company and SERR doesn't actually motivate in that way. But all in all SERR is the best but one needs to grow and I have learned a lot on how to deal with difficult clients and making money for the benefit of the company and yourself and also making our clients happy and always reaching our targets(daily and monthly).

Excellent Learning Curve and Earning Potential

Enlightening with regards to BEE and CIPC codes and regulations. Fulfilling when client sign up to enrich the economy and their own business. Busy, busy, busy with trying to get leads and deals signed Relationship with co-workers is brilliant but not so great with management or admin staff. love meeting clients and providing them with knowledge they never had and help them grow

Learning a lot

Not so great job

I work as a telesales marketer promoting B-BBEE to companies. I get shouted at every day by clients that I call. Every day is the same routine, I sit still in the same place, phone the same companies, saying the same things, asking the same questions, getting the same results. Physically and emotionally I feel exhausted, because my current job doesn't have challenges to keep me going. I get bored and demotivated.

Pros: People are nice and supportive.
Cons: I have to drive 30km to get to work and again to get back home. My salary just covers my petrol money to get to work.
