Servest (Pty) Ltd Reviews

Good company to work for

• Execution of internal audits from planning to reporting within agreed timelines. • Updating the status of the previous internal and external findings, auditing resolved issues and preparing a status report for review by the Head of Internal Audit and Risk.

Pros: great opportunity for growth by moving to other divisions
Cons: long working hours, flat structure

Great Opportunity for Customer Orientation

Servest Pty Ltd , has 12 working hours a day. Getting Along with Co-workers is an easy task and you get to learn how to treat people how to would like to be treated. The Most interesting thing is that you get to meet different people with different personalities and learn how to treat at least 4/5 as you come across other consumers who are aggressive and coming across deadlines as a part-time parking cashier/controller is a wee bit challenging..

Pros: Great Opportunity for Skills Development
Cons: Long Working Hours

Currently Retrenching

High pressure work environment with limited options for promotion. Work is varied and challenging, with limited support from senior management. Overall I enjoyed my time and have been exposed to a lot.

Pros: High learning curve
Cons: Instability
