Perfect excellent learning process

Iam a very social friendly and fun person , include everyone at servest too.we understand difference between being professional and social.We don't mix business with pleasures.I have learnt that when it comes. My work ethic , acting professionally is very important and I was always keen to learn the whole process especially the ability to work as a team,a attending to details.showing responsibility if I have to . I enjoyed the communication I had with staff,ability to work without supervision,realible and honest with everyone around me or sometimes well organised. The most challenging part I enjoyed most was customer service I would find a way to deal with a situation without my managers permission.Hours would take 12 hours a day with no promotions that was a challenge for me.

Pros: Opportunities in between but Not great as much ,no promotions
Cons: 12hours everyday with no lunch time

Good learning opportunity

I want to complete my studies but the company does not pay me enough and they don't offer any bonuses. I work every weekend so it is hard to make time for a personal life as well. I am grateful to have a job where I learn new things each and everyday but there is no way in which I can grow in this current company. I want to be the best and I will give my all.

Pros: Great opportunity to Learn
Cons: Unable to complete my studies due to lack of funds

What I've learned

* I enjoy working with my team because I've grown a lot in my leadership skills. * Working with customers on a day to day basis was the highlight of my day. * The challenging part was to learn new things in admin with a limited of time and handling cash payments and dealing with customers with a deadline of submission all at the same time.... But I love the adrenaline rush...

Pros: No pros what so ever
Cons: Extra work but don't get payed for it.
