It is a junior position with little or no challenges
My current job offers me an opportunity to interact, coach and advise both co-workers and give strategic advise to the Nelson Mandela Children's Hospital Trust members. This is a new entity with challenges pertaining to compliance to SANS and Dept. of Health Standards all which are preliminary conditions to grand operational license. The Hospital is a flagship in of the Continent and association with such a project is also a life-time achievement
Pros: To be more focused in strategic challenges

Excellent learning area
I am a hard worker and I love challenges because its a very good opportunity to learn. I have a background of accounting , Economics. I also can work under pressure please give me a chance and also help me to put my education to good use as am currently working as a cleaner. I enjoy most putting my mind to good use by helping people. My challenging aspect now as a cleaner is carrying havey staff daily, but I still wake up every day with a smile and doing my job. Am a very friendly person I do not have any problem with any of my co-workers. Yes we do have some conflict some day but I do not knock off from work without resolving our issues.
Pros: Getting a better job and putting my education to good use as I will also be learning.
Cons: Working during holidays

I am a Regional Operations Manager for an outsourced company for the Western and Eastern Cape
My day-to-day function includes regular staff engagement thru' meetings, coffee appointments with site staff, client appointments, reviewing daily cost movements and dealing with email correspondence that requires attention by me. Daily and weekly operational reports are completed and distributed to respective parties. I enjoy meeting new clients and staff since I am in the facilities and services industry. Building and maintaining relationship is the essence of my function as we are dependent on contractual work. The challenges include managing contracts with low margins, red-tape of waiting for approvals when needing CAPEX and having to deal with the current political turmoil in the country which affects the outsourced industry.
Pros: Growing company with opportunity to diversify in other divisions
Cons: No benifits like provident fund, and medical aid

Biggest integrated facility management company in SA
I enjoy the versatility of the types of sites I call on, my day normally flies by in a blink of an eye. I would typically start.out doing brief introduction to my client, of appointments pre-planned. Then off to do a site walk about. I complete full risk assessments and then compile presentation of various services we can provide for..I try and average 3 to 5 of these day. A challenge in a day would be to get.my brilliant team to assist with an emergency,which our team does so brilliantly...they always make a plan, no matter what.this would be.on the pest control division. They also keep me.in mind for leads they come across.I would complete.my surveys, compile and present and then source new clients on a weekly basis making use.of one day as a planning day to replant for the week. This all done in between ops meetings, management And other required meetings

Looking for a better opportunity .
Would like to be more hands on with clients . I believe I am good at what I do and therefore enjoy my job . I have vast experience and always strive to better myself in any job .
