Great opportunity to grow my skillset.
I start with peer interaction because maintaining positive relationships make it easier to get better performance from your staff. Apart from using tools to monitor my marketing activities, they are also open so that constant adjustments can be made on a daily basis. Small adjustments to budgets and visuals allow you to filter through the ads that don’t perform as well and prioritise what gets results. Ads are in a constant cycle between what works and what doesn’t. My biggest triumph would have to be spearheading the rebrand and launch of SG Branding. It was a long process but absolutely necessary for the grand scheme of the company’s vision and mission. Although I have had many opportunities and learned a lot of useful skills where I am now, I ultimately am at the highest position I can reach in the company. At this point I feel there is still room for me to grow with a company and that’s what am looking for.
